The ICC World T20 Qualifiers has already reached the business end of the tournament and it will be UAE and Jersey who will fight it out in the 21st match of the tournament. UAE started off with a shocking defeat at the hands of Oman in the opening encounter. Since their defeat they have made a great comeback by defeating Ireland and Hong Kong quite convincingly. They will now face Jersey in the 21st match of the encounter against Jersey.
UAE is currently occupying the top spot in the points table but needs to keep winning to finish in the top. On the other hand, Jersey has won one and lost the other match. They are currently in the 5th position and cannot afford to lose any more matches if he harbours hopes of finishing in the top 3.
Venue- Sheikh Zayed Stadium Nursery 1 in Abu Dhabi
Date- 22nd October 2019
Ahmed Raza will be leading UAE. He has marshalled his troops pretty well till now and will look to continue their winning record in the tournament after losing their opening clash. The likes of Chirag Suri and Rohan Mustafa will look to get their side off to a good start and will be two of the most important players for them.
Predicted Playing XI
Chirag Suri, Rohan Mustafa, Rameez Shahzad, Waheed Ahmed, Darius D’Silva, Junaid Siddique, Mohammad Boota (WK), Ahmed Raza (C), Muhammad Usman, Imran Haider, Zahoor Khan.
Jersey has so far managed to win a clash and has lost the other one. They need to be on a winning spree to get through to the top 3. Jonty Jenner has been a consistent performer for Jersey with the bat and will look to continue their good work. The leadership duties will be taken by Charles Perchard and he is also one of the most important players for them.
Predicted Playing XI
Nick Ferraby, Harrison Carlyon, Ben Stevens, Jonty Jenner, Nick Greenwood, Benjamin Ward, Dominic Blampied, Anthony Hawkins-Kay, Julius Sumerauer, Jake Dunford (WK), Charles Perchard (C).

Batsmen: Nick Ferraby, Chirag Suri, Jonty Jenner, Muhammad Usman, Rameez Shehzad
All-rounders: Rohan Mustafa, Harrison Carlyon

My captain options will be Rohan Mustafa and Jonty Jenner. While Rohan Mustafa has been a consistent performer for UAE, Jonty Jenner has been the same for Jersey. He has thus far scored more than 300 runs for them. On the other hand, Rohan Mustafa has a good all-round record for UAE and will be a sensible captain option.
